Zwick
Marco Zwick was appointed Director of the Luxembourg supervisory authority Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) on 1 September 2018, where he is responsible amongst other for the departments that supervises the investment fund industry and the specialised professionals in the financial sector (so-called PSF spécialisés).
Marco Zwick has held various positions in the financial sector since 1989, including Head of Compliance at Deutsche Börse Group and Head of Compliance and Risk, EMEA, at Schroders. In May 2015, he joined RBC Investor Services Bank, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and led their compliance functions in Europe and Asia as well as global AML for RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Until his appointment as Director of the CSSF, he was Chairman of the AML Working Group of ALFI. Marco Zwick was President of the Luxembourg Association of Risk Management (ALRiM) from 2010 to 2016 and was a member of the Board of the Economist Club in Luxembourg until 2021.
