Josh Parker is a member of the Financial Institution Advisory Consulting team. As a member of the team Josh specializes in operational efficiency analysis, digital transformation, process optimization, and system and vendor selection opportunities for Financial Institutions. Prior to joining RSM Josh had over 20 years of operations and managerial experience with Community and Regional financial institutions in the areas of digital services, deposit & lending operations, card services, electronic banking, cash management & treasury services, contact center, vendor management, organizational analysis, and processes improvement implementations.
In his role, Josh works with financial institutions of varying asset size and complexities on mission critical initiatives focused on delivering best in class financial solutions to each of their diverse customer bases. His wide-ranging experience both in the financial service industry and with RSM Clients gives Josh a unique vision of how systems, processes and people can align to create efficient processes and provide exceptional customer and member experiences. Focused on gaining a complete understanding of the institution’s strategic goals, Josh engages with the Clients Team to analyze the current state and identify tactical opportunities and initiatives focused maximizing Client strengths and industry leading technology to meet the ever-evolving needs of their customers.
