Stacey is a Director in the Regulatory Advisory practice with over 20 years’ experience in regulatory, anti-money laundering (AML) and Digital Assets compliance. She is an IIROC certified Chief Compliance Officer, a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS), certified crypto currency investigator (CCI) and active member of numerous associations dedicated to the detection, deterrence, and mitigation of risk in financial institutions. Her experience spans domestic and international financial institutions that include wealth management, banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, and others. Prior to joining KPMG, Stacey held senior roles in industry including Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer. Time invested in shaping departments and fostering a culture of compliance through pro-active stakeholder engagement and training has consistently led to successful results as measured by internal auditors, and regulatory examiners.
