Moray is the Executive Director of Security, Integrity and Information Security at The Hong Kong Jockey Club where he is responsible for anti-money laundering, investigations, corporate security, integrity and information security risk assurance. Prior to joining the HKJC he was Regional Head of Major Case Investigations, Financial Crime Threat Mitigation, Asia Pacific for HSBC and Head of Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Greater China and North Asia for Standard Chartered Bank. His previous experience includes roles as Global Head of Investigations and Asia Pacific AML and ABC, Head of Code of Ethics and Oversight Services, Head of Business Compliance, and Head of Corporate Security and Regional MLRO for Fidelity Worldwide Investments. In addition, he spent more than 8 years with Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, in various roles, including Regional VP for Asia, Senior Managing Director for North Asia, and Managing Director for Taiwan. Prior to Asia, Moray has more than a decade of experience with the South African Government. His educational background includes a MSc in Social Science from the University of Leicester, UK.
